In this highly visible position, you will be challenged to make improvements to our current features and work on our new high end architecture, develop verification infrastructure, execute and enhance test plans and create new test cases/infrastructure for our design that give our products a competitive edge.
Use your expertise to perform verification in the development of various I/O devices in high performance multi-threaded, multicore CPU design. Our goal is to increase performance and scalability with our next generation family.

Responsibilities:
Verify architecture, micro-architecture, functionality and performance features of high end accelerator blocks for the state of the art MIPS processor based System on Chip (SoC) with multi-core and multi-thread CPUs.
Verify features at the block and full chip level.
Collaborate with logic designers on RTL model debug, bug fixes, and integration.
Lab Validation and bring up.
Requirements:
BS in CS or EE (MS preferred) with 5-10 years of strong verification experience.
Strong background in Unit level verification methodology and test bench development.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in programming Verilog, System Verilog and C/C++ or Vera.
Strong verification skills, understanding of methodology (object oriented programming, white-box, focused test, random testing, coverage).
Prior knowledge of the design to be tested: Verification of Hardware Algorithms is a plus.
Prior experience with UNIX/Linux development environment: shell/Perl scripting is a plus.
Self-motivated team player able to thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment.
