Responsibilities:
Own the design process
Mentor and grow design team
Design experiences that delight users
Proactively and effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members to ship projects on time and on budget
Jump in and get your hands dirty when necessary, creating wireframes, slicing PSDs, and doing what it takes to get the job done
Requirements:
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a proven ability to create suberb interfaces for web and mobile applications.
5 years minimum experience designing for the web.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Understanding of modern web technologies, mobile technologies, and software development processes. This is not a coding position, but you need to know the ins and outs of CSS, HTML, and Javascript.
Broad knowledge of digital technologies, with a passion for self-teaching and staying up-to-date on emerging trends.
