Overview:
As a Sr. Designer you?ll develop exceptional concepts and designs for our ever-expanding list of high-profile clients. Working in close collaboration with a talented team of Creative Directors, Art Directors and digital producers, you?ll be an integral cog in our creative process. In addition, you?ll keep your trained eye on our ultimate goal of challenging the industry status quo and fulfilling our commitment to deliver outstanding work on projects large and small; including web engagements, digital marketing campaigns, display advertising, internal promotions, and external presentations.
Responsibilities:
Provide forward-thinking creative concepts
Engage in creative collaboration across the organization
Translate Brand Strategy, IA and Web Best Practices into intuitive visual solutions for large scale web engagements, digital marketing campaigns, display advertising, and business development initiatives
Develop and create innovative concepts and designs in keeping with project scope: strategic positioning, business requirements, timelines and budgets
Qualifications:
6-8 years digital design experience in an interactive, design or advertising agency
Ability to move from conceptual design to web production for all projects
Extensive experience in online advertising design
An exceptional on-line portfolio showcasing innovative concepts and creative design solutions
Understanding of restrictions and capabilities of HTML, DHTML and JavaScript as it applies to web design and user interface development
Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies as it applies to web design and online initiatives
Desire to collaborate/share/learn with Creative Directors and Designers of all levels
Solid foundation in typography, layout and general design
Deep understanding of digital tools, trends and foundation
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Ability to function independently and in a team environment
