Role Definition

You are an experienced C and SQL developer with a proven track record of success in developing ERP & CRM applications. You love developing elegant solutions to complex problems, participating in solution design, concept visualization, and functional and technical requirements definition and documentation. You are passionate about financial data and data integrity and committed to finding ways to improve quality, performance, and delivery times. You are comfortable working independently and enjoy seeking out answers to your own problems, yet you understand when it's time to ask for help and get further directions. You are dedicated to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and are constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the lives of the users.

Responsibilities

Design and develop new features and significant enhancements for the newly implemented Acumatica ERP system.

Assist in redesigning, developing, and deploying of new business operations applications, integration points, and system workflows

Participate in development, implementation, testing, deployment and administration of existing and new ERP\CRM systems.

Work with the Senior Systems Analyst to diagnose and resolve complex issues relating to database, custom applications or data integration points.

Provide development expertise around the following areas:

• Quote to Cash
• Purchase to Pay
• Hire to Fire
• Customer Support

Qualifications

BS Degree in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience

Proven experience designing and building complex applications from the ground up

5+ years of experience developing ERP applications, Solomon or Great Plains preferred

8+ years of experience with C#, Visual Studio, MS SQL Server

3+ years of experience providing ERP user support, Solomon or Great Plains preferred

Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate to both business and technical users

Proven ability to determine the right priorities for yourself and others

Skills needed to accurately assess and schedule work to meet business deadlines

Strong desire to learn and keep up on current technologies and best practices

Strong problem solving skills
