Overview:Are you driven to exceed your team and client expectations?
iCrossing is looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Irvine office. iCrossing project managers thrive on managing multiple teams and insuring that quality deliverables are produced on time and on budget. For your initial work, you will be working with a large automotive client assisting our client in the conducting a redesign of key areas of the client?s web site, enhancing mobile capabilities for the consumer and expanding social media outreach.
Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate has:
A proven history of managing large interactive marketing and web development projects
Worked in an agency environment either traditional or digital
A track record of delivering your projects on time and on budget
Managed cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, technology, QA) both onshore and offshore
Experience with the Agile project management process, SCRUM master certification a plus
Technical Aptitude to lead a team of UI and backend engineers
Demonstrates a can-do attitude along with critical thinking and problem solving skills
Understand the importance of a well-defined project plan and budget
The ability to provide leadership not only to your internal teams but to your clients
Proven ability to manage multiple streams of work
Qualifications:
Must have managed at least one large interactive marketing project with multiple teams of technical, creative and strategy resources
Automotive experience prefered
Proven experience working with offshore teams
5+ years in interactive/ digital marketing
3+ years of professional services/ consulting experience
Proven ability to build and lead strong project teams
Demonstrated understanding of the whole project lifecycle as it pertains to web development, CMS Implementation and marketing sites
Ability to manage multiple streams of work
Ability to interact with client at various levels.
Strong experience with MS Project & Excel
Strong verbal & written communications skills are required
