TubeMogul is looking for a no-nonsense driven leader to head up our business development team. The business development team is responsible for building key relationships with supply side platforms, DMPs, ad technology partners, key publisher partners, and 3rd party ad serving partners. This is a worldwide leadership position managing a team that will span multiple regions. This is a major leadership position in a very fast moving company.Responsibilities:
Lead business development efforts with key partners
Manage team of business development people focused in specific functions of BD
Drive deep relationships with key partners and help increase working relationships between partner teams
Help vet new companies and technologies bringing the right ones to the internal teams
Maintain the executive level relationships at the key partners
Requirements:
4+ years as in a business?s development or executive role for publisher/ad server/ad technology company
Ability to build and maintain relationship?s at executive levels
Deep understanding of the ad technology ecosystem
Extremely responsive
Team leadership experience
Strong business judgment
BS/BA from top university
