The Senior Director of Channel Sales will manage all global business development aspects of Peoplefluent?s channel partnerships, with a primary focus on sales revenue. This position will manage all elements necessary to deliver channel sales success for both new and current partners. The role will be responsible for building and implementing successful sales channel programs to leverage existing relationships and build on new opportunities in partnership with marketing, sales, services and support.
? Design, develop and implement channel sales programs and promotions with regional and global stakeholders.
? Develop and execute channel sales programs for various channels to drive results and revenue for Peoplefluent products
? Interfaces with various functional groups, project teams and other stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to channel sales program success. Implements and improves procedures and processes to optimize channel sales program effectiveness.
? Deliver and exceed sales quotas for our partners and channels. Provide regular updates to sales management on status of existing partners as well as potential opportunities. Provide weekly report of pipeline and forecast.
? Communicate regularly with our partners (existing and potential) on new products, services and potential new programs
? Create systems and procedures to streamline partner management.
? Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations. Conducting contract negotiations.
? Organize channel training to educate, motivate, activate sales people through use of our Instructors/ Channel sales people.
? Initiate joint business planning and marketing plans.
? Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
? Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales
? Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
? Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
? Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
? Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
? Experienced Sales Person with in-depth knowledge of channel and end user sales
? Take Charge professional who develops cross functional plans to enable existing channel partners to quickly deliver incremental revenue, and consistency
? Ability to immediately gain trust and prove relevancy with all management levels at newly recruited partners to deliver net new leads.
? Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
? Good all round knowledge of our products & technologies and how they complement other vendor's products.
? Demonstrable experience devising and managing sales & marketing programs to meet the needs of partners and customers
? Strong ability to influence others
? Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
? Business Travel averages at 50%
