Senior Director / Director Strategic Alliances Adchemy
Adchemy is seeking a Senior / Director of Strategic Alliances to build and maintain strategic relationships with our top partners. This person will serve as the main focal point for driving partner initiatives and will provide leadership to cross functional teams ensuring strategies and execution meet both Adchemy and partner objectives. Responsibilities include: gathering partner requirements, launching go-to-market initiatives, resource planning, activity prioritization/alignment, integration with partners' existing products and systems.
At Adchemy, our partners are the leaders in the advertising industry and you will need to develop professional and transparent relationships with them. The Senior/Director of Strategic Alliances is expected to network appropriately with decision makers and influencers.
Manage all aspects of launching new partner go-to-market initiatives
Manage day-to-day interaction with partners? teams including responding to partner requirements, participating in the development of new business opportunities, creating detailed scope of work and requirements documents
Maintain close relationships with partners to ensure program requirements are clearly defined, agreed upon and met. Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and partners
Define and implement processes and methodologies for the planning, delivery and launch of partner programs
BA/BS degree. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
7+ years experience managing client facing projects through the entire lifecycle, from requirements definition to successful launch
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
Superior analytical skills regarding contractual, business and financial issues
Strong understanding of search engines, online advertising players and related business models
Outstanding cross-functional and interpersonal skills. You will be working with ALL departments within Adchemy
Demonstrates ability to pro-actively manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, identify problems and meet deadlines
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Able to drive issues to closure; very strong leadership capabilities
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Self-motivated, hard worker and ?hands-on?
Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment
Strong preference for this role to be based in Southern California
