OpportunityAre you a Rockstar developer who can also manage a team of talented software engineers? Responsibilities:
Lead team of engineers and engineering managers to take us to new levels of excellence
Work closely with CTO, SVP Product, VP Engineering, and others to define, plan, and execute strategy
Help define, refine, and perhaps rethink current and future system architectures
It?s not all management ? roll up your sleeves and write some code once in a while, too!
Qualifications:
Must be a software engineer by trade, with a BSCS or similar degree and 10+ years of experience
At least 2 years? experience managing other software engineers and/or engineering managers
Proven track record of delivering major projects as the overall leader
Should be very knowledgeable with all web technologies (LAMP, Java, etc)
Should be knowledgeable with mobile technologies (ios, android, etc)
Should fully embrace Agile development methodologies
Should be able to write great code, and have a passion for prototyping, testing, and learning
