Sr. Director, Enterprise Marketing
Good Technology is looking for a Sr. Director Enterprise Marketing to develop the company platform and positioning, mobility thought leadership, and technical and business buying center collateral for our fast-growing mobility business.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this senior leader will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and implementation of Good?s company platform and thought leadership. Presenting to C-level customers, working with sales leadership, developing executive keynotes and speech writing, and executive social media management. Key to success will be developing close working relationships with senior executives, key industry analysts and influencers, and regional sales leaders.
? Develop a compelling strategic vision and positioning for Good?s secure mobility platform strategy. Work directly with customers as well as the CEO, VP Product Management, CTO, and leading industry analysts to gain insight and refine positioning.
? Own the overall marketing plan for Good?s secure mobility platform. Define the key GTM strategies to reach CIO, LOB buyers and key influencers.
? Create customer-facing materials in various forms to express the vision, strategy and roadmap. Work collaboratively with sales leadership and with the VP Corporate Marketing to determine appropriate content and vehicles for both 1:1 and 1:many GTM strategies.
? Drive internal and external thought leadership for Good. Maintain a regular cadence of analyst interactions. Working w/ the Sr. Dir. Corporate Communications, provide input on a thought leadership strategy with media and assist with by-lined articles and corporate blogs.
? Develop a simple, concise message hierarchy to ensure alignment of company messaging and positioning with solution and major product line messages.
? Work closely with the CEO, assisting with executive keynote development and scripting.
? Using themes from executive keynotes on company positioning, develop standard sales messaging for their customer presentations. Be a trusted touch point for sales teams, providing coaching on delivery, as well as gaining regular feedback on the ?story? for ongoing evolution.
? Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business-to-business technology; some consumer experience highly desirable.
? Understanding of both the technical and business drivers for Enterprise Mobility
? Demonstrated credibility with CIO and other senior Enterprise IT executives including Application/Middleware
? Broad familiarity with IT infrastructure including Applications, Mobility, Middleware, Workflow, Business Processes, Messaging, Cloud Computing and SaaS models, Security, Industry Standards, Programmability/ APIs
? Ability to articulate and drive an industry leading vision to multiple audiences inside and outside the company
? Proven track record of virtual teaming in a matrixed organization including other marketing, sales, development and CA groups
? Candidate must have excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
