Senior Director, Finance TubeMogul

We are looking for a dynamic Senor Director of Finance to help us maximize opportunity and minimize risk as we enter hyper-growth phase. The ideal candidate has a record of success as a hands-on and strategic leader in entrepreneurial and dynamic environments. This position will report directly to the CFO.Responsibilities:
Oversee all finance and accounting functions including AP, AR, cash management, options accounting, monthly closings and preparing financial statements.
Develop and implement smart internal processing and controls
Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting exercises
Assist in reporting to the Executive Team and Board of Directors
Assist private equity, debt and public equity fundraising efforts
Coordination and management of annual audits
Excellent analytical, financial planning, judgment and problem solving skills.
Experience leading and multi-tasking in a culture of rapid change.
Experience with foreign entities and foreign exchange
Support special projects / ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
BA/BS degree; Master's degree, MBA, or CPA preferred
7+ years of related experience
Experience leading and managing finance and/or accounting teams.
Hands-on experience with private equity, debt and public equity fundraising efforts
International expertise including setting up subsidiaries and FX
Preference for candidates with experience in advertising, media and technology
