POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Director, Product Marketing will be responsible for analyzing market trends and competition in the health IT space, including the industry?s rapid evolution to accountable care, and for working with customers, end users, and internal NaviNet departments to recommend the software and services portfolio for NaviNet. The Senior Director, Product Marketing will be responsible for defining market requirements for new and enhanced products; assessing buying patterns; developing business plans and go-to-market approaches including pricing and distribution; and developing and managing product launch and adoption strategies. Working closely with Product Management and Sales, the Senior Director will provide collateral, tools, and other materials to support the introduction of new capabilities and ongoing thought leadership in NaviNet?s repositioning as a healthcare network.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Identify market opportunity for NaviNet products including business case
Develop and manage a product portfolio, including pricing and distribution strategies by segment and product offering
Work closely with Product Management and Product Development throughout the product development process
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy including:
Integrated marketing plan
Sales and distribution strategies
Product launch plans
Positioning and messaging, including collateral
Create reporting metrics for SVP of Marketing
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly oversee the Product Marketing team, including 1 or more Product Managers and the Sales Enablement Manager
Hire, train and mentor additional staff as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of product marketing related experience
Healthcare industry experience highly preferred
