Requirements include:
12+ years of commercial software development experience, at least 6 years in a management or leadership role
Proven ability to successfully lead software engineering teams
Passion for execution and continuous improvement
Market savvy and the proven ability to balance engineering rigor with time to market to deliver impactful, high quality software on schedule
Rock solid understanding of best practices and software development methodologies
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent project management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sufficient technical savvy to ensure elegant designs and technical excellence
BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar engineering discipline
