Manage all aspects of digital marketing including: web properties, online advertising, content marketing, marketing automation, search engine optimization. Strong lead generation skills. Working closely with the sales team to ensure all leads provide maximum revenue ? including lead follow up strategies and inside sales execution and best practices.
Manage a team of internet marketing professionals, driving high employee satisfaction, and with a commitment to employee development
Develop and execute on a data- and market-driven vision and strategy for team. Specifically:
Work with Domo?s Product Strategy/Management and Marketing teams to mold and align business visions and resources
Working with Business Development, Develop and execute on a plan to continually scan the marketplace for new partner opportunities, prioritize and test them, to support the overall company vision
Manage and optimize relationships with distribution partners
Lead effort to optimize client websites for customer conversion, and drive down cost per lead metrics
8+ years of Marketing experience in online or digital.
Significant experience in Search Engine Advertising, (including Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc) and/or driving customer acquisition in a data-intensive environment
Demand/lead generation experience
4+ years Management/Leadership experience (Experience hiring, leading and motivating a high-performance team, with high levels of employee satisfaction
Superior analytical skills; creative problem solver
Ability to balance sophisticated quantitative analysis with creative thinking and practical trade-offs to drive business results
Excellent communication and cross-functional skills to support operating with transparency and clarity
Some SEM experience, including experience with SEM Resellers, and 3rd party bid optimization tools, a plus
Self-starter, with ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline, MBA a plus (or have a great reason why you didn?t finish?our CEO didn?t)
Experience designing "quick to market" online programs for global deployment
