Senior Director, Operations Impulse Monitoring
This position is responsible for the overall direction and operations of the company including strategic
planning, financial analysis, policy development and conflict resolution.
? Develops and directs the management, infrastructure, Billing and Collections, and information
technology of the company.
? Ensures timely and accurate budget analysis and financial review for management team.
? Coordination and management of staff.
? Aligns financial policies and procedures with company objectives.
? Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability and efficiency throughout the
? Provides strategic financial leadership and support on the evaluation of potential alliances,
acquisitions, mergers, investments and other issues affecting the overall company.
? Organizing management.
? Other tasks as assigned.
Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards
including, but not limited to, ISO 13485.
? General Review and Supervision
o Indirect Supervision on HR
? General Back Office Staff Meetings
o Team meetings, quarterly meetings
? Monthly Back office Management Meetings
o Monthly Ops meetings
? Misc Support & Approval on expenditures/hiring for IMI operations in general ?Justification
within margin/business purpose/vision
? Duties which will need to be replaced:
o Signor on: Contracts, Payroll Filings, Checks & Other Legal Filings
o Month End Acct Close on Revenue and IMI Financial Statements
o Release of Month End Revenue Reports to NUVA (no longer necessary with SAP)
o IOS Monthly Financial Report along w/ Monthly Report on Dept Activity
o Statistical/Information Support to Various Individuals/Depts
Required Skills: Proficient and accurate with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel),
charting, flow charting, and graphs. Competency in navigating the internet. Ability to read and
interpret documents such as safety rules, company policy and procedure manuals. Ability to write
business reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers,
employees, and management of organization. Ability to calculate figures using basic
arithmetic. Ability to solve and interpret problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid
