We are looking for a strong technical leader. This person will manage a team of 20 network engineers as well as contribute hands on. This person must have strong management skills and the ability to plan and execute in a complex, fast paced environment. Candidates must have high energy, dedication, and expert-level skill. The candidate will be responsible for the operation of our 24x7 production environment. Minimum 10+ years experience, 5+ years leading projects in a secure, 24x7 web based (SAAS) production environment. Must be willing to be on-call on a rotation basis. We are looking for the best - mature candidates with a comprehensive understanding of the technologies in use.

• Direct management of 8-10 Network Engineers
• Design and architecture of system level solutions for monitoring, configuration management
• Design and development of processes for capacity planning and incident response
• System installation, configuration, and management
• Vendor management
• Managing root cause analysis
• Experience providing 24x7 on-call support
• Strong scripting/automation skills

• Experience as the technical lead/manager in a production environment
• Minimum 10+ years experience, 3-5 years leading projects in a secure, 24x7 web based production environment.
• Must be willing to be on-call on a rotation basis.
• Knowledge of best-practices switch, router, firewall and load balancer implementations
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex protocol issues
• Experience with HSRP, VLANs, VPNs, trunking, protocol analysis
• Experience implementing and maintaining routing protocols in complex IP networks
• Experience planning and managing datacenters in multi-datacenter environments
• Solid understanding of security technologies and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Cisco network administration experience
• Juniper network administration experience
• Expertise in creating large, scalable, reliable IP network architectures
• Experience with Nagios, Cricket and other open source monitoring tools desired
