We offer a weekly subscription program of healthy meals prepared by local independent restaurants and delivered fresh to consumers. Our model is based on the insight that restaurants have excess capacity on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our partner restaurants use their slow periods to prepare meals that meet our high nutritional standards. Our food is delicious and good for you! Our subscribers tell us that they love the service. We have successfully piloted the program in Philadelphia and are preparing to launch in New York City in 2013.
The one missing skill set on our team is marketing. We are looking for an up-and-comer who shares our sense of purpose: to make a healthier America. You must be whip-smart and driven, yet have a sense of humor and work well in a team. You will get unbounded responsibility for developing our brand (with LOTS of input), our marketing strategy and plan, and for executing that plan. You will be fully accountable for customer acquisition.
You should have broad marketing experience, including lots of online (SEO, PPC, display, affiliate, etc) and other direct channels (direct mail, radio, TV) but also traditional advertising, event marketing, and PR. You need to be strategic and very analytical, with a creative bent and the skills to drive implementation internally and through vendors. And you need to have a track record of marketing success and be able to prove it to us with results, not just accomplishments.
