We currently operate four de novo primary care practices (Las Vegas, NV, Hanover, NH; Brooklyn, NY; Boston, MA) in partnership with innovative health plans and self-insured employers/unions, and we anticipate opening 10 new practices across the country in the next 18 months. Iora Health patients enjoy the benefits of improved access to care, non-office based encounters (e.g. phone, video chat and email), an accessible and transparent medical record, and a wide array of groups and classes ranging from wellness topics to support groups and chronic care management. We are hiring a New York-based Senior Director of Practice Operations to focus on the cultivation of our New York / New Jersey market. This individual will play a critical role in expanding Iora Health?s presence in one of our most important, fastest-growing markets. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Director of Practice Operations will lead the development of Iora Health?s new medical practices in the region, collaborating with our sponsors to meet their objectives, and supporting our existing practices to ensure world class experience for patients and team members. This individual will also play an important role in building broader organizational capabilities as Iora Health grows nationally.
Develop significant relationships with executives at sponsor organizations
Lead teams of professionals developing new primary care practices
Ensure existing practice performance exceeds sponsor expectations as the nature of our service evolves with the patient population and our capabilities expand/improve
Recruit, hire and develop remarkable talent
Work closely with Regional Medical Director to support achievement of clinical goals
Collaborate in business development efforts to ensure strong relationship continuity
Contribute significantly to the creating of a high-performance organization
Lead by example with incredible instincts for service, integrity, innovation, communication and people development
Minimum 5 years experience (with progressive responsibilities) in operating roles, preferably in high-growth, dynamic organization(s)
Experience with client relationship/account management at senior/strategic level
Exposure partnering with purchasers of health care (employers, unions, health plans, and others)
Passion for disrupting the status quo in health care
Track record leading and developing teams who can produce world class customer outcomes
MBA preferred but not required
Prior experience in professional services organizations
