The candidate will be responsible for selling Product Engineering and R&D solutions/services to OEMs, especially to Telecom Equipment Manufacturers.
Responsible for negotiating and closing multi- year, multi-million dollar deals in telecommunications ecosystem with OEM?s especially Telecom Equipment Manufacturers in the region.
Strong knowledge, understanding and relationships in the Eastern US telecommunication software market.
Researching, establishing, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers.
Respond to leads generated, selling to potential customers in the target area,
Build Sales pipeline
Will work as an individual contributor and be responsible to develop new business associations.
Developing new account opportunities including deal analysis and structuring.
Location : Mid Atlantic Region (NJ area for Maryland/Washington DC/Virginia area)
Educational QualificationAn Engineering Degree preferably in Computer Science/Electronics with MBA (Preferred)

Mandatory Skills? Work experience of 8 to 12 years in Software Sales with extensive experience in Telecom software solution/services sales
? Strong sales background, with proven "hunter" attributes towards acquisition of new business.
? Managed and built large accounts.
? Has and demonstrated experience of ?hi-touch selling? at CxO level & in making board level presentations and propositions to customers
? Sold in telecommunications market to OEM?s.
? Experience of selling Product Engineering & R&D solutions/services.
? Ability to uncover potential customers? key buying influences.
? Skilled at noticing, observing and assessing potential customers (spoken and unspoken) concerns and situations
? Team player, with a demonstrated record of working in matrix organizations
? Excellent commercial and business acumen.
? Self-motivated and able to work alone independently and has a proven track record of growing business based on opportunity.
? Proven deal closing record and background in new business and proven sales lifecycle experience,
? Strong communicator with precise and concise articulation
