Senior Director, Sales Operations Jive Software
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Jive is looking for a seasoned, results-oriented Sales Operations Leader who will lead all aspects of Sales Operations, including owning both the strategy and tactics for the organization. The mission will be to maximize revenue growth through the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of sales strategies, programs and initiatives. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance leadership, and be a key advisor to Executives in the design and optimization of Jive?s go-to-market strategy. Exceptional leadership, organizational and analytical skills are essential to ensure Jive has best-in-class sales operations processes, reporting and forecasting/performance metrics.

Expectations for a top candidate in this role are:
Proven results leading a global Sales Operations function, developing and leading the strategies, tactics and technologies around sales execution to exceed company growth targets. Improve existing key performance metrics and dashboards to drive execution of the sales organizations growth strategies.
Lead Sales Operations team based in multiple locations. Ability to navigate seamlessly between working hands-on to create processes, reporting, metrics, etc and leading others thru delegation.
Optimize Sales execution via creation and implementation of key performance metrics and dashboards.
Partners with cross functional teams in the design and creation of motivating compensation and incentive programs in support of Jive?s compensation philosophy of paying for performance and rewarding talent in the sales organization.
Ensures alignment and maximize efficiency of sales territories/regions by optimizing customer/account targeting and sales resourcing.
Outstanding presentation skills, ability to present to all levels of the organization including the Sales Organization and Executive Leadership.
Assist in all facets of sales planning; inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount, and expense planning.
This is a critical role for Jive that will interact with many departments, at and all levels of the organization includes Sales, Finance, Accounting and HR to drive Sales success.
Bachelor?s Degree or MBA
15+ years? of progressive leadership experience with significant time leading Sales Operations
SaaS and Enterprise Software experience strongly preferred
Experience leading a global Sales Operations team, building and executing on a sales operations strategy.
Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales strategies, processes, procedures and policies.
Strong familiarity with CRM such as Salesforce.com
Strong working knowledge of enterprise sales management and related processes.
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
Senior level exposure, up to CEO Staff
Experienced hands-on manager with the ability to multi-task and drive fast paced execution through team collaboration.
Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
