Senior ERP Administrator LogRhythm
We are seeking a motivated NetSuite configuration and support developer with experience in CRM, Accounting and ERP systems. Can you demonstrate an ability to leverage your NetSuite administrator experience to significantly improve business efficiency and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and respond to change requests and recommend key features to bring NetSuite and our IT help desk support to a new level. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the on-time design, configuration, delivery, implementation, maintenance, and end user satisfaction associated with new or incremental changes to the ERP system, NetSuite, and related business systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
At least 5 years ERP Administrator experience in CRM/ERP/Accounting systems (NetSuite Preferred. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. are also good).
Ability to interact with end users to gain deep understanding of business practices and challenges.
Manage communication and expectations among a diverse and difficult stakeholder group.
Demonstrated understanding and improvement of business workflow, customer experience, data integrity, and process documentation.
Ability to dive into data record fields, form configuration, workflows, searches/reports, dashboards, role management, SuiteApps and CSV imports to define and implement custom data presentations and procedures.
Review and revise ERP system configurations and customizations to meet changing business needs. Implement new ERP system features and functionality. Maintain system documentation.
Ensure data integrity by developing and implementing guidelines and procedures for ERP system usage.
Respond to change requests, troubleshoot, listen for areas of improvement, implement, test, deploy, document and train staff on exceptional customer support processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP system functionality, customization, and integration
NetSuite CRM/ERP/Accounting system experience. Marketing Automation a plus.
Technical help desk/support and mature system lifecycle development process experience.
Building new business workflows, form based user interfaces and reporting dashboards in a Call Center, Business operations environment.
