Senior External Community Manager Jive Software
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Jive Software, the leader in social business, is seeking a customer-centric, driven individual to maintain and enhance our best-in-class communities. This role will champion the use of our own products to the benefit of our customers, end-users, and prospects. The main focus of the community manager is to build, advance, monitor, and grow Jive?s social collaboration sites in order to increase brand awareness, demand generation and nurturing, and customer success.
Monitor, lead, and facilitate conversations and connections on Jive?s customer community and external social media accounts (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Build authentic relationships with end-users, brand champions, industry influencers, prospects, etc.
Track sentiment and trends to provide feedback so that internal teams (i.e. product management, support, sales, marketing) can drive meaningful improvements
Assist with customer retention and acquisition goals by engaging the community in discussions, sharing valuable content, posting real-time updates, and funneling customer service inquiries.
Manage and support the global user group program
Engage with community members at offline events, including JiveWorld
Create and manage social rewards, recognition and gamification programs
Ensure great customer experience by implementing quality UI/UX, architecture, etc.
Enforce consistent governance policies and community health initiatives (ie. spam)
Work with product services to manage technical upgrades, migrations, testing, etc.
Educate and inspire employees to participate in community conversations
Track trends and present new ideas
Report weekly social analytics
Passion for social technologies and customer success
Creative, energized online communicator
Ability to provide accurate, timely and appropriate responses
Excellent organizational, writing, and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a geographically-distributed workforce
Understanding of Jive technology a plus
Basic UI/UX design knowledge a plus
