POSITION SUMMARY: The successful candidate for this position will, working in conjunction with the Manager of Global Facilities and the site Facilities staff, assure the effective operation of the corporate headquarters locations. He or she will bring a strong customer focus, great organization skills and the willingness and ability to work independently to deliver Facilities services effectively The tasks you will be involved with include:
- Vendor, trade and contract management
- Building systems
- Security/ACCESS and safety implementation
- Space planning, floor plans and furniture installation
- Project management
- Managing ticket requests
- AV and event set-up
- Shipping and receiving for departmen -
- General knowledge of building systems, facilities operations and furniture systems
- Knowledge of building security systems (Sonitrol or ADT) a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook Express, Oracle, PowerPoint, Excel
- Be knowledgeable about basic systems (i.e. to be able to establish conference calls, etc.)
- AutoCad proficiency a plus
- 3 -5 years related facilities and customer service experience in the high-tech industry
- Must be able to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Project management experience or CPM certificate a plus
- High school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of college and/or related experience and training
