Senior Finance Analyst Jive Software

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support for Jive Software?s Engineering and Hosting organization on an ongoing basis. The position?s responsibilities will consist mainly of business partnership, financial and operational model development, creation of new frameworks for performance measurement, detailed ad hoc financial analysis and recommendation of new projects. The position will also be responsible for other duties assigned by Finance leadership.Responsibilities:
Create expert level analysis of any and all aspects of Jive?s Engineering and Hosting organization
Prepare capacity and productivity models to facilitate quick, fact based decision making
Identify present and future analytical needs and proactively address them
Execute lease vs buy analysis on capital equipment for Hosting Organization
Create and deliver recommendations and findings to department managers, executive staff and key stakeholders
Manage and report status on projects and analysis, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Develop the team?s reporting including monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc analysis of key performance metrics and expenses/P&L impact
Work with Engineering and Hosting leadership to manage their detailed quarterly forecast
Rapidly and effectively adapt to highly dynamic and aggressive work environment
Foster a positive and cooperative attitude with all company employees
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience
MBA or MS in Finance/Accounting preferred
2+ years of relevant experience in the software industry, particularly with SaaS solutions
Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt, prioritize, and execute to achieve desired results
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and effectively communicate and partner with all levels of an organization
Ability to review operational and functional deficiencies and provide leadership with creative and data driven recommendations for improvement
Strong ability to develop reports and analyze information using Excel, BI systems and ERP systems
Ability to adhere to the highest ethical standards including honesty, confidentiality, integrity, dedication and leadership
