Senior Financial Analyst Interactions

We are currently seeking Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the EVP of Finance you will be responsible for managing and/or supporting the processes that assist our managers in making strategic and operational data-based decisions by delivering timely, accurate and relevant financial information. As the Senior Financial Analyst you will be responsible for ad hoc operational and financial reporting and perform monthly or periodic analysis of results related to the company?s operations. In addition, you will be responsible for the Company?s budgeting and financial modeling processes, detailed analysis of actual versus planned results and prepare management reports and Board packages.
Specific Responsibilities:
Develop, prepare, and present to senior leadership specialized reports, analysis, and complex financial models
Review month-end financial reports; provide variance analysis, research financial irregularities, and use the analysis to develop meaningful financial reporting
Act as key point of contact for financial questions and analysis requests
Coordinate, roll up and analyze annual budgets for the entire organization.
Participate in the development and maintenance of performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets
Assist with identifying performance improvement opportunities
Provide ongoing management consulting on the use and interpretation of analysis, reports, methodologies, systems and source data
Assist with special projects and in other areas of Finance as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance required
5+ years FP&A experience
CMA/MBA desired.
Proficiency in computer business applications and accounting systems.
Strong organizational and management skills and the ability to apply analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet multiple reporting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
