Clearleap is looking for a dynamic individual with a broad set of accounting and financial skills to help this rapidly growing company move to the next level profitably. This individual, who will report directly to the CFO, will work closely with the controller and accounting staff to insure all reporting is properly aligned with GAAP. The primary job responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, gross margin and expense analysis, pricing analysis, and financial reporting.
Manage Monthly Operating Report sent to Board of Directors and management which includes GAAP financial reports, financial forecast, financial analytics, KPI?s by functional area, and business commentary.
Manage monthly expense analysis process, identifying important expense variances, drivers and forward expectations for expense spending.
Develop annual budgets and monthly income statement and cash flow forecasts.
Work cross functionally to develop project cost estimates and post project results analysis
Work cross functionally to assist in developing detail pricing models based on both gross margin analysis as well as market analysis.
Assist executive team with other adhoc analysis as requested.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
5 - 7 years solid work experience in accounting and/or financial planning and analysis
Prior forecasting and reporting experience
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, quantitative and data organization / interpretation skills
Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy is required
Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Superior skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
