What you?ll do
As a Senior Financial Analyst ? FP&A, you will provide financial analysis and business reporting for the FP&A (Financial Reporting and Analysis) group within the Corporate Finance team to support decision-making by Executive Management and other departments within the organization. Primary responsibilities include participation in the planning and forecasting processes, analysis and reporting of financial and business performance. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks with a strong orientation towards project leadership, sound judgment, and critical thinking. Must work well independently and in a team environment.
How you?ll do it
Preparation of corporate monthly reporting and analysis against prior year, budget, and forecast, highlighting key variances and providing explanations for use by Executive Management.
Analyze financial and business performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable Executive Management to determine progress against strategic/business plans and budgets.
Assist in calculating and compiling global quarterly and annual bonus schedules to support Executive Management review and approval.
Assist in developing a periodic forecasting process to update management on projected results, determine significant variance from budget and provide explanations.

Four-year college or university degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. MBA preferred
Four to seven years? experience in a similar position; experience with global operation strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; knowledge of Access is a plus
Advanced Excel skills including proficiency in VBA
Preferable - Experience with Hyperion, Oracle Financial Analyzer or equivalent, and Business Intelligence is a plus
Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
What you?ve done
Drive periodic and ad hoc reporting including Advisory Board Package and management reporting packages.
Design, implement and maintain reporting packages and analysis tool
Fulfill responsibilities under OHSAS 18001, understand and fully support OHSAS 18001 system.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
