We're currently searching for a Senior Financial Analyst at our offices in Glenview, north of Chicago, to help drive company growth.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Strategic Planning, the Senior Financial Analyst will drive management reporting, the annual operating plan and periodic forecasts and value-added analytics.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Lead the budgeting and planning process for the company and functional departments
Ensure timely and accurate development and completion of forecasts/budgeting, working locally and with corporate parent
Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages, and financial presentations, to report and analyze the financial results and other key business drivers for the executive team
Create financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives and evaluate new/existing business opportunities and channels
Evaluate, develop and report on ad-hoc and key metrics for the business
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, with a focus on details and a sense of urgency. Taking a consultative approach, the successful candidate is comfortable collaborating with both internal and external partners.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years financial analysis experience in a growth environment is required. BA/BS preferred. Consideration may be given to a candidate without a degree in lieu of experience. Expert level Microsoft Excel and financial systems skills required.
