Senior Financial Analyst SeaMobile
GENERAL PURPOSE: Assist in industry analysis, acquisition analysis, modeling, execution and integration.
The position is an integral member in helping to identify, quantify, lead and validate operating and strategic initiatives that contribute to the overall financial position of the organization. Must have the ability to work well in both individual and team settings, as well as be able to interface with various levels of management to achieve desired results
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the Director of Financial Analysis on annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and other financial projects
Assists with financial analysis supporting company-wide strategic and operational initiatives with minimal supervision.
Compiles and analyzes financial information to develop/evaluate potential growth opportunities and strategies.
Assists with revenue modeling and profitability analytics.
Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been
recorded accurately.
Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
Assists with financial due diligence for acquisitions and other transaction-related services.
Assists with investor and other third party presentations.
Conducts financial modeling (e.g. cost/profitability) and competitive analyses (product, business,
financial performance, market positioning, etc.).
Possesses an understanding of Financial Statements including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, and Cash
Flow statements.
Strong financial modeling skills
Assist with streamlining existing processes
Other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned.
NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS: This position reports directly to the Director of Financial Analysis. Position interacts daily with finance department and other company personnel. Also interacts with outside investment bankers, financial advisors and other outside advisors.
TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS:
7+ years of experience as an analyst
Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related fields
MBA in Finance a plus
Satellite/Communication industry experience a plus

PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS: Nature of work is general office. Some travel required.
