position will be responsible for monthly performance reporting and forecasting, monthly accounting, annual budgeting, long range planning, driving automation for efficiencies, and various ad hoc projects and analysis.
The Senior Analyst will provide thought leadership to the team, ensuring sound integrated financial practices and process enhancement of financial performance and operational decision-making.
A successful candidate must exhibit excellent financial and accounting skills; show strong leadership experience and understanding of all elements of cost-drivers, sales achievement and revenue recognition; and be able to leverage financial tools and systems for process efficiency enhancements.
Additionally, successful candidate will be required to effectively communicate with Sr. Management to provide desired analytics and process strategies. Candidates must demonstrate examples of innovation and process improvements that improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the functions supported.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis;
B.A. or B.S. in Business, Finance, or Accounting; a MBA, or CPA is preferred;
Strong interpersonal and team building skills - ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries;
Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
Strong FP&A and analytic skills, including superior financial modeling, Excel, and database skills;
Continuous improvement attitude; ability to seek out and implement internal or external best practices;
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial analytics/modeling;
Expert knowledge of accounting, finance, product movement and control principles;
Expert knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Self-starter and effective manager;
Unquestionable integrity.

Oversight of total budget and forecast process;
Providing consolidated global view of risks and opportunities;
Driving finance automation for efficiency;
Advising on operational decision-making through financial insights and applying commercial judgment;
Providing analysis and modeling on investments and project planning;
Driving opportunity visibility metrics and execution of strategies;
Recommending, developing, and implementing process enhancements and financial plans as required;
Challenging, encouraging, developing and influencing team members (both inside and outside direct line of report);
Articulating real-time status to Sr. Management as required;
Ad hoc reporting.
