Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with leaders in the executive team to provide monthly reporting, metrics and analysis required to support business operations and meet strategic and tactical objectives.
? Manage the monthly operating review process with executive members from each of the functional teams
? Prepare metrics and benchmarking analyses to assist leaders in making important decisions regarding their business
? Analyze present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues and other obligations to project accurately future revenues and expenses
? Drive the annual operating planning process and periodic recasting process with the executive team utilizing Adaptive Planning software
? Effectively interact with executives, the finance team, and others within the Company to resolve issues and improve processes
? Develop standard reports and dashboards within Netsuite.
? Work closely with the Sales Operations team to create and validate sales commissions and create standard sales reports/dashboards
? Bachelor?s degree in Finance or Accounting
? Minimum of 3 years experience with preference towards experience working for a SaaS software company
? Understanding of accounting guidelines in areas such as software revenue recognition, international and FX.
? Ability to quickly learn new things and be nimble in a fast paced start-up
? Strong understanding of financial statements and financial concepts
? Relevant experience and clear understanding of SAAS models and related metrics
? Expert level in Adaptive Planning, Salesforce.com, Netsuite, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
? Familiarity with Google Apps/Docs
? Highly motivated and ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment with all levels in the organization
? Ability to function as a team player, strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
