XDN is looking for a hands-on Senior Front End Engineer to help us continue iteration on our CrowdDirector product.Most importantly, you'll be an integral part of the team handling the infrastructure responsible for delivering XDN's global services (such as CrowdDirector & CrowdView) to our clients' millions of end-users.

Core Requirements:
Strong PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, SQL knowledge and experience
Expertise with modular object oriented Javascript and PHP development and frameworks
AJAX, API's and the DOM should feel like home
Enjoys the challenge of designing an incredible user experience
Requirements:
Solid understanding of engineering best practices such as source control, unit testing and bug tracking
Strong eye for design and layout, examples of where and how the candidate contributed to these
Ability to flesh out product specifications independantly
Ability to discern appropriate minimum releasable feature sets, and iterate efficiently
Passion about optimization in the product's performance, and its development process
Ability to communicate well with the team to advance the product and to work through technical issues
Pluses:
Experience with product development - conceptualizing features, wireframing and presenting them
Technological curiosity to stay up to date with what could help speed up development or make things work better
