About the Job:
Passionate about prototyping and feature sets? Join us and build awesome features that reach millions of passionate users worldwide.
--Help lead the development of new games built on the ROBLOX platform
--Drive implementation and delivery of new features
--Work closely with design to create compelling gameplay features
--Scale, implement and maintain game systems
--Become a subject matter expert in virtual world issues and solutions
--Interface with other engineering teams, including networking, physics, and rendering
Qualifications:
--3+ years experience iterating on gameplay systems
--Experience in rapid prototyping
--Strong background in high performance C++
--Scale, implement and maintain game systems
--Knowledge of one or more scripting language
--One or more shipped games as a gameplay engineer
--Self-sufficient, self-organized, and able to take ownership of a project throughout its full lifecycle
--BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline

Compensation:
