You are a highly motivated achiever and possess the knowledge to be a leader in helping us grow from an emerging, high-growth entity into an industry leader. You possess innate interpersonal and communication capabilities, resourcefulness, team spirit, and determination. Additionally, you have the following:
Minimum of 4 years of progressive human resources experience with at least one year emphasis on compensation/benefits.
Software industry and high-growth company experience preferred.
Previous experience designing and implementing human resource programs.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Responsible for reviewing Gnip's compensation and benefit programs to ensure we remain a competitive 'top place to work' locally and within the SaaS industry.
Manage payroll and benefits, including benefits administration, annual enrollment, and act as day-to-day benefit support for employees.
Responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting program including; sourcing, screening, interviews, new hire processing, comp analysis, and new hire onboarding & training.
Develop and manage a performance management program that ensures effective feedback loop for managers and employees.
Partner directly with management team members to drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Assist with facility expansion or multiple location expansion to ensure we have the resources and support available for new or relocating employees.
Provide a monthly requisition report to the management team that presents data around candidate quality, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate.
Effectively manage all employee files, payroll, and HRIS.
