Senior Graphic Designer Infusion Software

Job Description

The Senior Graphic Designer works with the Creative Department and internal clients to concept, design and art direct print, digital, and interactive advertising and sales materials that drive results and creatively and consistently reflect Infusionsoft's brand identity as the only sales and marketing automation software for small businesses.

Responsibilities Include:

Creation of print, online, and interactive visual design, including typography, visual concept, logo and icon design
Effectively communicate and coordinate with the writer and developer to ensure the visual design communicates the desired message to the target end-user
Responsible for seeing all projects through to completion from concept and design to production
Work closely with the Marketing Team to create collateral, promotional and advertising pieces
As the design team grows, should be able to lead and manage junior designers and freelancers
Assist in art directing photo shoots and performing press checks
Work with print vendors to obtain accurate and cost-effective quotes
Candidate must be capable of leading the creative aspects of a project and have demonstrated strong business acumen

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in interactive, agency creative, and graphic design
Minimum of two years of experience in Web design and online marketing
Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Strong design style
Strong conceptual skills
Solid understanding of client deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for them
Basic technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, Flash, and CSS
Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in both print and digital media
Has demonstrated successful design and integration, and the delivery of projects on time and within the given budget
Ability to effectively work with a team, manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ideal Qualifications:

Five plus years experience as a graphic designer in the following areas: interactive, agency creative, and graphic design
PowerPoint and Adobe After Effects a plus
