Senior Graphic Designer- Online Brokerage GAIN Capital

We are currently seeking a strategic thinker with a great design aesthetic to become our Senior Graphic Designer. As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Graphic Designer will have responsibility for all of the company?s branding and design, including websites, promotional materials, and online communications. The ideal candidate knows how to create, implement and evolve creative processes, and the difference between good and bad creative ? and how to mentor that skill to others. This position requires hands-on design skills, the ability to manage ever changing priorities and track the tasks of others and themselves with exceptional attention to both quality and detail.
Responsibilities Include:

Maintaining brand consistency and design excellence across GAIN?s brand family.
Developing web pages, emails, landing pages, flash animations, multimedia presentations and more.
Managing all stages of web development, including project management, design, architecture, usability and programming
Collaborating with marketing and application development teams on user interface design for our proprietary trading platform and other customer facing applications
Managing both internal and external design resources

Qualifications:

7-10 years of design experience on consumer-focused websites.
Ability to understand business goals and purposes and communicate ideas to various audiences, and business stakeholders
Hands-on design skills with demonstrative expert use of Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, and other Macromedia programs
Proficient in HTML, , JavaScript, CSS
Basic knowledge in ASP.NET, AJAX, XML, XSL a plus
