Responsibilities
Manage the graphic system for the Airbnb brand
Lead global production of offline design initiatives
Work alongside, lead, and mentor younger members of the design team
Work well in a studio?like environment, cross?collaborating with each department
Requirements
BFA/MFA Design, 5+ years of professional design experience
Exceptional design talent and craftsmanship
Strong drawing skills and an ability to visualize a range of design solutions quickly
Able to take loose sketch ideas and develop sophisticated/polished designs
Deep knowledge of typography
Excellent sense of color
Fast in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Bonus Skills
Print production experience
Your favorite color is in Pantone
