MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops, updates, and edits policies and procedures for submission to Senior Leadership for approval and signature.
Provides support in developing and updating internal guidance and procedures that cover all aspects of the Federal recruiting and staffing process for competitive and excepted service positions.
Provides managers and staff employees with information and interpretations of organizational procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Drafts/finalizes documents and conducts fact finding interviews with managers and staff on current business practices.
Develops procedures and processes to implement new or evolving business practices and creates and deploys educational material to ensure staff is aware and can perform the functions.
Provides guidance on Pathways; Merit Promotion; Delegated Examining; Direct Hire and Individuals with Disabilities.
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of experience without Bachelor's degree
Practical experience in Title 5 recruitment for competitive service and/or excepted service
Practical experience in SL and Foreign service recruitment
Must be a US Citizen
