MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop SOPs for areas such as Student Loan Repayment Program, Processing Reemployed Annuitant cases, Review Process for Transfer/Rehires, and other areas as identified.
Map workflow processes, and streamline existing procedures to ensure uniformity and increased productivity.
Bachelor's degree + 8 years' experience, or 12 years' experience without bachelors. Specialized training may substitute for bachelor's degree, and/or years' experience
Must have extensive knowledge and experience in developing and streamlining SOPs.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be available to work onsite and relocation costs are not provided
