Summary of Role:
HR Business Partner to support our Global Customer Support organization.
Partner and advise on workforce planning, organizational design, compensation policies and practices and actively participates in the attraction of new talent at FireEye.
Assist hiring managers with initiating new workforce plans, proper leveling and guidance on offer formation & internal equity practices.
Help create a world class on-boarding program for Support organization and may also lend a hand in delivering new hire orientation.
Assist new hires with benefits questions regarding various plans, process enrollment paperwork and changes.
Create & implement key HR operational programs and plans to support the Company's strategic growth objectives (eg; rapid hiring and expansion globally, recruitment & hiring, talent reviews, performance management program, HRIS initiatives, retention programs, etc).
Develop, generates, and maintain global HR analytics for Customer Support organization.
Identify, develop and implement improvements to HR policies and procedures.
Conduct facilitation and support training program rollouts.
Lead, or provide assistance in special projects events supporting HR and Corporate initiatives as needed.
Work closely with the Vice President of HR, Regional Sales Learning and Development Teams to ensure local needs are included in overall company training requirements, recruitment & onboarding programs, leadership development, and mentoring programs.
The ideal candidate should possess and clearly demonstrate initiative, professionalism, flexibility, a service-oriented attitude, and creative thinking.
Must be a self-starter and team player. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues.
Must have a "can do", positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent and a minimum of 4+ years Human Resources partnership experience is required.
Global experience required.
Experience with Customer Support organizations inside of enterprise software and/or high tech companies ideal.
Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office; Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
Knowledge of federal, state employment laws such as FLSA, ADA, EEO, etc., along with global employment laws required.
Highly polished and effective communication skills.
