MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and classify position descriptions that are currently classified above the GS-15 as SES or SL.
Determine if the position descriptions, as currently written, support classification at the SES, SL or GS-15.
Prepare a comprehensive evaluation statement including, a narrative assessment and assignment of points against the factor evaluation system, narrative assessment against the Supervisory Grade Evaluation Guide, application of other additional classification standards, as appropriate, a narrative statement addressing how the SES functional criteria are met or not met, position to position comparison to a properly classified SES, identification of the appropriate title, series and grade, FLSA determination, bargaining unit status, and position designation (career or career-reserved), in accordance with 5 CFR 214.401(b) and a written statement regarding deficiencies in the position descriptions and recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's degree + 6 years' experience or 10 years' experience without bachelors.
Must have demonstrated experience classifying Federal SES positions.
Must be a US Citizen.
Relocation cost not provided.
