Senior Interaction Designer Skire

We?re looking for excellent interaction designers who can continue to fuel our growth and leadership position. You?ll work in cross-functional teams to develop our solutions that are both enterprise-grade business applications and social networking platforms.Experience / Skills
Five years or more in Interaction Design of enterprise level web application, including social aspects, desktop components, and mobile apps
You?ll need to be fanatical about making the customer experience the top priority
Innovative master of the user experience (if you like clicks then this is the wrong job?)
Well rounded knowledge of UI visual design and user testing & research
Ability to convert complex marketing and product requirements into simple, usable products through use of flow diagrams, wireframes, and high fidelity prototyping
Must have expert knowledge of mockup tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
Experience with CSS, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript and knowledge of their capabilities and limitations in cross-browser design
Must have social networking experience (user of Facebook, Twitter, etc)
Maturity to work with enterprise class software development teams and drive thought leadership to executives, engineers, and the company as a whole
Experience working in an agile environment and its impact to the design process
Solid academic background in human-computer infraction or related field.
