Senior Interactive Designer JumpTap
Jumptap is looking for a talented Senior Interactive Designer for a leadership role in Jumptap?s expanding design team. As lead designer for our mobile offerings, you will concept and spearhead design initiatives for mobile ad builds and related digital creative for the biggest brands in every major industry. You?ll be responsible for creating and executing highly usable and intuitive advertisements that elevate the overall mobile experience. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the right candidate will be as skilled a leader as he/she is a design professional.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Interactive design and production of ad units for the mobile environment (expert Photoshop skills and solid knowledge of Illustrator, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Overall expertise in UI/UX design ? developing wireframes, storyboards and mocks
Concepting and executing ad builds from start to finish, while effectively communicating with client and stakeholders throughout process
Responding to RFP?s with a well thought out mobile ad strategy taking into account capabilities and limitations to ensure highly effective deliverables
Provides clear creative input and suggests different ways to communicate marketing messages between clients and stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience:
5-7 years of interactive design experience
Experience in the mobile industry, at a media brand, advertising agency or creative shop strongly preferred
Deep experience designing web or mobile banners, landing pages and online sign-up forms
Ability to storyboard animated banner concepts and effectively communicate timing and motion to manage client expectations
Ability to design effective call-to-action, knowing how to engage users and drive actions to desired results
Candidate is detail focused and able to multi-task and effectively manage the timely delivery of work against very short deadlines
Creative problem solver ? thinks well on his/her feet and loves solving complex challenges
No task is too big or too small ? the right candidate understands ?team? mentality and is willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get things done
Must be an excellent communicator, collaborator and team player
Strong online portfolio showcasing mobile and web design experience
Must have a degree in design-related field
