Job Summary

Operative is looking for talented JavaScript software developers with a passion for the JavaScript language and its workings. You will be part of a talented and energetic team of software developers. You will have the opportunity to make significant contribution to current and future versions of Operative?s platform ? Operative.One.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop creative and high performance solutions using JavaScript
JavaScript expert on a team of strong UI and Server engineers
Ability to identify problems, debug issues and implement solutions.
Proactive thinker with a proven ability to doggedly research and solve cross-browser problems



Requirements/Skills

Proficiency with programming languages including data structures, algorithms and databases.
Deep understanding of the JavaScript language, it workings and design patterns
Strong knowledge of browser technologies with the ability to solve browser compatibility issues
In-depth knowledge of HTML/XHTML, CSS 2/3
Aptitude to quickly get up to speed with new product architectures.
Ability to architect and implement well-behaved, highly performant software modules.

Strong capability to research and innovate.
5+ years? experience with JavaScript
BS, MS, PhD in Computer Science
