Enclarity is looking for a Senior Lead, Implementation and Production. The selected candidate will use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, quickly gains technical knowledge, be committed to providing the highest quality of product and services, and can be counted on to exceed goals.
This is a role for a collaborative and confident team player who will interact across the Enclarity organization to find common ground and solve problems for the good of all. A demonstrated ability to effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, keep track of details, and perform a wide range of tasks is of key importance. A dedication to exceeding client expectations, along with an ability to quickly build trust and credibility, are all critical for success.
Responsibilities:
? Conduct research, evaluate alternatives, and make recommendations to solve healthcare provider information quality problem for clients.
? Identify, prioritize, and resolve client issues; coordinate appropriate internal departments to provide timely response and solutions.
? Develop and test custom business rules and pre-processing.
? Perform quality analysis (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
? Process and deliver files to clients.
? Maintain goals, and key measures to ensure progress and alignment with desired business outcomes for clients.
? Identify process improvements, and offer suggestions to build and refine internal efficiencies, systems, and processes to meet and exceed client satisfaction.
? Manage multiple client projects, progress, and milestones.
? Maintain connection and communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders/teams ensuring appropriate prioritization, effective execution and collaboration.
Position Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience.
? 5+ years of professional work experience serving in a client relationship capacity.
? Exposure/experience in the healthcare industry and/or healthcare insurance a plus.
? Experience and solid understanding of data base management and data warehousing.
? Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL.
? Minimum 4 years of UNIX and shell scripting experience required.
? Experience creating/documenting ETL processes; ETL Tool knowledge a plus.
? Demonstrated organizational and project management skills required.
? Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
? Excellent interpersonal, diplomacy, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
? Proven planning, priority setting, time management, and decision making skills. Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
