Senior-Level Product Manager Billtrust

The Billtrust Product Manager is responsible for managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for software and web based products. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Driving a solution set across development teams. Developing and driving a company-wide go-to-market plan, and working with all departments to execute. Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product and developing joint solutions. The successful candidate must act as a general manager leading cross functional teams and oversee the consumer Online Billing and Presentment product line. A focus on driving new, innovative solutions is essential. This position requires strong analytical skills in order to evaluate product and/or solution features and perform trade-off analyses with associated business case implications. Customer orientation is a key for the successful candidate. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience with software and Web based products, experience conducting customer research and analysis. Experience with Web, software development and database structures, knowledgeable in banking, billing and payments preferred. This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites.
