Job DescriptionIf you have a background in instructional design and a passion for helping small businesses succeed, then Infusionsoft has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you. We are looking for a high-energy storyteller and teacher to design and implement self-study Lifecycle Marketing courseware that helps small businesses transform from surviving to thriving. This is NOT a software training position. The successful candidate will have an intuitive connection with how to create learning experiences that inspire, inform and empower solopreneurs and the owners/operators of businesses with 25 or fewer employees.
Responsibilities Include:
OWN the design, creation and management of Lifecycle Marketing educational experiences.
Work with Lifecycle Marketing subject matter experts and multimedia developers to create web-based courseware.
Design a comprehensive, integrated Lifecycle Marketing curriculum.
Conduct requirements analysis, create storyboards, develop objectives and devise instructional exercises.
Apply rigorous instructional systems design practices.
Acquire and demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Lifecycle Marketing principles and practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of courseware development and instructional design experience, or a relevant Master's degree with 4 years of professional experience.
Demonstrated (and publically accessible) courseware development experience, including design and implementation of instructional material and supporting solution applications.
Experience with asynchronous self-study material development.
Ability to lead and manage cross-functional matrixed teams.
Proficiency with technology-based tools and processes.
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience with Articulate Suite, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, and Flash for mobile and web-based delivery.
Personal or family involvement with a small business.
Limpid and attention-holding prose.
A surfeit of innovative (but achievable) ideas.
Fun-loving.
Insightful and witty (see Algonquin Round Table).
Travel
Travel will be less than 5%. This position is based in Chandler, AZ.
