Senior Manager/ Associate Director EnVivo Pharmaceuticals
EnVivo is seeking an experienced Program and Alliance Manager to drive program strategy and execution across all phases of development from research transition through lifecycle management. We are interested in candidates that can be part of building a Program and Alliance management function across the organization. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in one or more aspects of drug development. This is a hand-on role in a fast growing organization.Primary Responsibilities:
Work with senior leadership and cross-functional representatives to help define program strategy; drive coordination and planning through various stages of drug development
Develop and maintain detailed program plans including timelines, budget, assumptions, and decision points.
Address program research, development, commercial and business challenges
Proactively identify program risks and develop risk mitigation plans
Lead cross-functional program team(s)
Drive program communications
Represent program team(s) through presentations on program status, issue resolution, scenario planning, recommendations, and decisions
Develop program and alliance management culture and systems tailored to a small and rapidly growing organization
Work with industry and academic partners to build and maintain productive alliances.
Requirements:
Degree related to pharmaceutical sciences, advanced degree preferred
5+ years program management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
7+ years overall experience in drug development in the biopharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of the drug development process
Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience across multiple stages of drug development
Outstanding project management, resource planning, and organizational skills
Highly collaborative team player who fosters open communication, facilitates mutual understanding and cooperation with all stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others from a position of influence, to negotiate conflict situations, and to forge consensus between differing viewpoints
Self-disciplined individual who is able to work independently and apply good judgment across a variety of issues.
Results oriented thinking in finding creative solutions and forging a path forward
Team oriented with the ability to foster mutual understanding and cooperation across many disciplines and levels.
