Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is proficient in procurement and optimization of digital display advertising to work with proprietary and best-in-class technology partners to create unique value in execution and management of digital display advertising.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager, Audience and Operations is the technical lead of our DMP/DSP integration projects. This resource plays a critical role in designing and delivering successful integration solutions to our clients and partners. Day to day responsibilities include:
Serve as a technical resource for business teams to help define, estimate, and propose solutions for client and campaign opportunities. Translate the campaign goals and business requirements into a deployment recipe and platform configuration requirements for the technical implementation team.
Serve as a data integration project lead to develop, at an architectural and design level of detail, feasible technical and business solutions aligned with clients? platforms and campaign requirements based on a deep understanding of Core Audience?s capabilities and available technology partner integrations.
Understand Core Audience?s software development cycle, product capabilities & roadmap, functional limitations to build feasible solutions.
Serve as technology and process expert for Core Audience; provide critical architectural inputs during RFI and RFP process.
Development and implementation of campaign strategy, new accounts set-up, tagging, audience activation and management
Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation
Activate data partners on campaign by campaign basis. Implement data acquisition strategies within the budget constraints
Analytics based campaign decision support by leveraging iCrossing proprietary data management capabilities, evaluating performance against campaign goals and key performance indicators
Design and implement ad-hoc campaign reporting for monitoring and client delivery
Identify and account for reporting and data discrepancies, ensure accurate campaign results and trafficking processes
Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in math, statistics or technical field
5-7 years experience in the online advertising industry
3+ years experience in the ad trading space with an agency trading desk, demand side platform (DSP), and ad exchange.
Prior experience with bid management platforms such as Invite Media for active campaign optimization.
Experience with at least one industry leading ad server such as DART
Extensive experience with digital display campaign setup, optimization and reporting; database marketing, audience segmentation, audience development, ad targeting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SQL and JavaScript is a must
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
