Senior Manager, Business Development Arkadium
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Senior Manager will lead business development efforts for the casual division including identifying, negotiating, and supporting partnerships that offer strategic and financial value to the group. These activities include seeking out and meeting with prospective partners, negotiating deal terms, drafting agreements, and managing and optimizing the resulting partnerships. The Senior Manager reports to the Arkadium SVP of Casual and Mobile Games and will be a senior partner in helping identify and set the group?s long-term strategy, specifically in the area of online and mobile game syndication.

Shape and support strategies for ongoing growth of Arkadium content syndication including game licensing, platform syndication and online advertising.
Leverage your expert knowledge of generating and closing business deals to take the presence of Arkadium?s casual and mobile product lines on the market to the next level.
Challenge yourself to go beyond existing business opportunities and look for innovative ways to drive revenue and monetization.
Partner with Marketing and Product Management teams to create market materials to showcase product value proposition.
Work with a Company that has the stability and resources of a big player and spirit and flexibility of a start up.
What you need to be successful in this role:
At least 8 years of hands on experience in sales or business development.
Stellar communication skills are paramount in this role. Your natural negotiation skills will play a key part in cultivating and building strategic business partnerships.
Having a strong existing book of business will give you a solid head start.
We are in the gaming space, knowing how to navigate this landscape to grow successful business will put you ahead of the competition.
You will feel right at home in this role if you have experience with online advertising, licensing and syndication.
Market awareness. Ability to adjust campaign tactics based on industry trends and client needs.
Be a thought leader. Provide guidance and drive sales enablement for the team.
